Correct connector pinout
Correct pinout for ETH
LED IOStandard set to LVCMOS33
BTN[0] IOStandard set to LVCMOS33
Changes are made based on Tang_primer_20K_3690 and Tang_Primer_20K-Dock_3709 schemes.
