cores/cpu: Add riscv*-unknown-linux-gnu triple, fix riscv-linux-gnu 

Add riscv*-unknown-linux-gnu to known triples, and fix the existing
riscv-linux-gnu by removing the incorrect -gcc suffix from the
triple.
